I booked a penthouse here 2 years back.The best thing I like about my (Eden City) flat is the size of the rooms and the layout of the flat. Secondly I just love the openness, wide driveways, beautifully maintained lawns, greenness and playing grounds. My son gets ample space for running around. Thirdly thanks to the 7KM flyover, we can reach New Alipore in 15 mins. Lastly it just fitted into my budget :).

This property has a huge football ground which is a prime interaction for across ages, be it kids, grown-ups, uncle and aunties. We choose this project as our Nest due to the following factors…

1. the Open space of this project is the Key factor. A big Football Ground at the centre is the added attraction . Due to the open space / ponds & greenery one can breath fresh air.

2.I wanted my son to grow up strong with outdoor activity instead of getting jumbled in Tab/ TV/ computer / Mobile etc. Eden city provides this opportunity to the kids with lot of area to play football/cricket/ basketball/ badminton etc.

3.The Swimming pool is comparable to any 4 star hotel. One can have the best experience of physical exercise through Swimming.

4. The Ganga is also close by so the one can have healthy air.
The chances of getting high rise building around our project is less so air will never get obstructed.

5. with the availability of around 2000 quality family we expect a better social life here in Eden City . 6.Distance from Park street is only 19 km so we are getting a comfortable Green area to leave which is so close to the main heart of Kolkata.
