After the completion of the transaction in the website, Eden City Maheshtala will move the credit card and all relevant data information offline, ensuring that it is never acceptable in the internet. Further, Eden City Maheshtala maintains high security of the user’s credit card data and information and doesn’t let it fall in the wrong hands for wrong use.

Eden City Maheshtala shall not be held responsible for the harm and loss and any disclosure of any information of the user’s account and its information regarding online transaction using debit cards / credit cards / other online payment method and verification process and shall not be responsible for any omission, error and inaccuracy relating to any information revealed and used or not in the respect of legal process.

The booking/hold amount is subject to the risks involved in any Electronic Payment Transactions including due to any technical failure in the payment gateway operations and Eden City Group shall NOT be liable/responsible for any failure of any payment transaction/s or for any amount/s debited from the Applicant/s account but not credited to the account of Eden City Group due to any technical error in settlement or otherwise and the Applicant/s shall not have any claim/s against Eden City Group for such failed transaction/s.
